UX Research & Design Thinking

As a UX designer, it's crucial to conduct thorough research in order to fully understand the problem at hand and develop effective solutions. To do this, I often use a customizable template that allows me to dive deep into the needs of the target audience. This template helps stakeholders, who may not be familiar with the design process, visualize potential solutions and guide the direction of the project. In addition to this template, I also gather additional research and create a summary deck to provide a comprehensive understanding of the project. As a requirement for internal projects, I incorporate the JAX brand template into this process as well.
